    Why don't you just select all the colors you want an underbase for all at once? Seems way more easier to me that way.

    anti-aliasing will add a blur to the edges to prevent jagged edges due to pixels so depending on rez might want to keep it off for printing positives with crisp edges

    Since I have a design background I just do most of this in Illustrator right now since I don't have a rip software. I tend to design around what would be easiest for me to do. You can you do the choke in illustrator too right? What would be the choke size in illustrator if its in points? 0.25?

    I don't get it… I mean how the squeegee can be gray ? At 11:53 the squeegee is blue ( white ) and when you open it in illustrator 12:35 the squeegee is gray…. Thanks for the tutorial !
